Order Fulfilment: We partner with a print fulfilment service that enables us to fulfil orders in the country they were placed. This allows for faster delivery and efficient processing of your order.

Product Quality: We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately meljafdesigns@yahoo.com with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a reprint of the item as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Returns:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a reprint of the item at no extra charge. We may request that you return the defective or damaged item, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Defective Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged. Each item is made to order, and we do not keep inventory of pre-made items. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate returns for reasons other than product defects or damage during shipping.
International Orders:

Customs and Duties: Please note that we may send international orders in the unlikely event that a print provider is not available in the country of order origin, these may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Times: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process. While we strive to fulfil orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
